EAP and High-Performance Support

Stabilize your team. Reduce burnout. Protect performance.

EAP and High-Performance Support

California & Florida

Calm, fast, discreet support for high-pressure teams

Some workplaces run hot. The pace is relentless. The expectations are high. The people are capable and driven, and they are carrying more than most anyone sees.

Over time, that pressure shows up as burnout, turnover, short fuses, disengagement, conflict, mistakes, and quiet breakdowns that hurt performance and morale.

This is where I come in.

I provide rapid-access, discreet support for California and Florida organizations operating under sustained pressure. The work is designed to stabilize people quickly so teams stay functional, focused, and moving forward.

This is not traditional wellness programming. This is performance stability and stress containment.

Built for environments like yours

This work is a fit for organizations where:

  • Stress is constant and expectations are high

  • Burnout is rising and turnover is costly

  • Performance is strong but strain is visible

  • People are holding it together until they can’t

  • Traditional HR or wellness optics do not land

  • Leaders need fast, practical support that actually works

What I deliver

Support is focused on keeping people steady and reducing disruption before it becomes expensive.

Services can include:

  • Rapid-access support for employees and leaders

  • Executive and high-performer support

  • Burnout stabilization and reset planning

  • Conflict and communication support under pressure

  • Stress-load triage for key personnel

  • Family and relationship strain that impacts work

  • Short-term focused care for acute stress periods

  • Discreet escalation support when someone is close to breaking

The goal is simple: Stabilize people. Reduce fallout. Protect performance.

Why I am different

I am both a clinician and business-fluent.

I bring a rare blend of clinical depth and real-world organizational understanding, including:

  • M.S. in Management and Leadership, Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management

  • UCLA Extension Certificate in Human Resources Management

My graduate business training includes much of the same core coursework found in traditional MBA programs, with a strong focus on leadership, organizational behavior, and real-world operations.

That means I understand how stress shows up not just personally, but operationally. In leadership. In culture. In retention. In communication. In risk.

This work is designed to stabilize what is destabilizing your team, without drama, without stigma, and without wasting time.

How engagements are structured

Support can be tailored based on size, urgency, and operational needs.

Common structures include:

  • Monthly retainer for priority access and reserved slots

  • Pilot programs for specific teams or departments

  • On-demand support during peak or high-stress periods

  • Leadership-focused support for managers and high-impact roles

Programs are designed to be easy to run, easy to track, and easy to expand if needed.

Discretion and boundaries

Discretion is standard.

  • Services are confidential and handled with care

  • Organizational reporting can focus on trends and utilization if requested

  • Individual clinical details remain private except where legally required

  • Clear boundaries protect both the organization and the employee

This allows people to actually use the support.

California- & Florida-based support

Services are provided by a California- and Florida-licensed clinician and can be delivered virtually across California or Florida. In-person or hybrid arrangements may be discussed depending on location and scope.

Who this is best for

My work is especially effective for:

  • Tech and high-growth companies

  • Aerospace and advanced manufacturing

  • Healthcare systems and medical groups

  • Logistics and operations teams

  • Public safety and corrections

  • Any organization with high responsibility and high burnout roles
