​I am Yulia Ievleva, a licensed psychotherapist specializing in men’s mental health and the pressures men carry in work, relationships, family, and life.

I work with men navigating stress, anger, relationships, loss, identity, responsibility, and major life transitions, including the private cost of being expected to hold it together.

​

My style is active, focused, and direct. Drawing from intensive psychodynamic and solution-focused approaches, we identify what is driving the problem, confront patterns that keep you stuck, and work toward meaningful change. My perspective is shaped by more than 20 years of clinical practice. I also bring graduate training in business, management, and leadership from Pepperdine University, professional training in human resources through UCLA, and advanced doctoral study in Applied Clinical Psychology.

I also specialize in working with attorneys and other high-pressure professionals, particularly when competence on the outside masks strain underneath.
