Welcome!

My name is Yulia Ievleva, and I am a California- and Florida-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) providing telehealth psychotherapy and forensic mental health consulting for adults. I also offer business and organizational consulting, grounded in formal training and professional experience.

My clinical work focuses on adults navigating complex life stressors, including trauma, immigration-related concerns, and high-impact personal or legal transitions. I provide a professional, culturally responsive space, with services available in Spanish and Russian, allowing for direct care without interpreters.

I approach psychotherapy through a relational and systems-based lens informed by attachment theory and trauma-informed practice, with an emphasis on stability, insight, and practical coping strategies. I value clarity, reliability, and thoughtful clinical documentation, particularly in time-sensitive or attorney-referred matters.

In addition to psychotherapy, I provide forensic mental health consulting for immigration and civil matters, including attorney-referred clinical evaluations and treatment-based documentation when clinically appropriate. These services are distinct from ongoing psychotherapy and are conducted within clearly defined professional boundaries.

Separately, I offer business and organizational consulting, drawing on my M.S. in Business, Management, and Leadership from Pepperdine University and a UCLA Extension Human Resources Certificate. This work includes executive coaching, team dynamics, leadership development, and employee relations consultation, and is non-clinical in nature.

I welcome adult clients and referring professionals seeking a clinician and consultant who values professionalism, cultural competence, and ethical practice.

          Thank you!

       Yulia Ievleva
